Honestly the choice on whether or not the mold was good or bad was not mine. MP molds for my .45 passed my fathers test with flying colors. Something else I’m blown away by is MP molds fast shipping. These days just finding hollow point bullets is rare and when they are found they’re expensive. This mold puts out 4 with every pour. They drop out at precisely .452, just like they are supposed to. By the time you drop out 150 of them the mold has paid for itself. Imp, MP makes the best molds bar none. I will be buying more!

Mould shipped fast to the USA. I wasn’t expecting that. The mould itself is very well made and the bullets drop off easily. The sprew plate has a channel and there are set screws to keep constant tension. Very pleased with my purchase.

Being new to bullet casting I have no prior experience as a standard for this mold. Though I have loaded my own ammo for about 40 years SO I can state that the bullets from this mold are excellent. I loaded for my .45 a.c.p using 5.8 gr. of W-231. Fired into ballistic gel the bullet opened up to a fine 5 star pattern of 22.6MM!! I had bought for the H/P feature, but the solid option is a plus as I have used 200 gr. plated bullets for years now. So far happy with purchase.
