This is by far the easiest HP to cast with that I’ve ever used. After heating the mold on a hot plate, I got usable after about the third cast. The only gun I’ve shot these in so far is my FA 83 in 454 Casull and they will hold a 1″, 3 shot group at 50 yards.

This is a great mold and a great company to buy from this is my 4th mold from them. As for the boolits drops easy mine came out solid at 296gr+ , small HP’s 283 gr and the large HP 275gr.
I dropped this boolite over 18.0gr of Lil’Gun out of my Ruger Redhawk 45 LC and I believe at an angle I hit a hog with this round it’s going to be DRT. Great mold great company will buy from them again!

Love this mold. Casting pure lead for the 1858 conversion cylinder to test. Comes with Flat tip (did not try), Dimple tip (280), Small HP and Pent Point (275) and Large HP (265). Going to try shooting these out of the Inline for muzzle loader season with WW lead later this summer.

Although this mold is considerably heavier than anything I’ve ever handled before, this thing drops bullets like a breeze. Being as I’ve never used this style before, some instructions, or a complete video on assembly and use would be most beneficial.
