I love this bullet mould! The HP weight is light enough that it can be pushed fast enough to expand at standard .38 Special pressures, from all barrel lengths (yes, even 2″ snubbies). AND it is heavy enough that it shoots to the sights in my fixed sight revolvers. A perfect compromise! When cast of 30-to-1 alloy, this HP weighs 146 grains and I intend to try it out in 9mm at about 1000 fps. When cast to a BHN of about 12, this HP weighs closer to 140 grains, and should make an excellent varmint bullet in .357 Magnum. A very useful bullet design!
