Forum › General › General forum instructions › AR15 powder coat with 227? There seem, to be no 225
Wanted to get the heaviest GC bullet for 5.56 NATO , preferably with no lube grooves for powder coating. The .227 seems to be the closest size, but that’s gonna be .228 or .229 after coat and a really tight squeeze in a sizing die. Has anyone had experience with this? Want to ask him if he’s interested in releasing a new mould.
Also, looked for a search box in forums, but I have no idea where it is. Both of these items might be obvious, but I still haven’t got it.
Just bought a 227, it’s easy to resize to 224 !
I was surprised how easy this is !
my problem is I can’t made beautiful bullets, they all are ugly with scares all over…
