I mainly use this bullet from my 1911 45 ACP With silencer and H Clays powder this bullet with Penta point weigh around 205-206 Powder coated. This bullet and powder combination have been the most accurate and quietest load I’ve worked up and I tried many bullet/powder combinations. I mainly sit at bench and blast steel at 90-120 yards and have a fun time doing so. I have to sit at bench for health reasons, if feel like some quiet shootin nothing but fun!

This was my second mold buy. They are true works of the machinist’s art. I may have to buy them 2 at a time so i can keep one for pristine display. This mold drops beautiful hollow point bullets at 204 grains with COWW. The flat points i have not had has much luck with, they hang in the mold a bit and require more handle wacks than they should. Probably my technique, any advice would be welcome. Definitely heat cycle at least three times and they do like to run hot (approx. 465 f, 240 c) to fil and drop clean. Bought just before the tariff hit.
