Great design and very nice bullet for my Ruger SBH in .44 Mag. After some time of casting the alignment pins comes a little out of the mold halve. I heated the mold up und put them carefully back with a hammer on the vice (disassemble the mold before of course). No Problem at all.

I received my mold last week and it is a beautiful tool. I have not had a chance to cast with it yet, as I am waiting for some lead, but will update this review when I have had a chance to use it, and shoot some of the resulting bullets through my Ruger SBH. However, I wanted to take this opportunity to discuss the remarkable customer service that I experienced with this order. I ordered this mold, and two sets of mold handles after I got a message saying that the handles were in stock. It only took four days from time of order to the mold arriving here in Maine, USA. Upon opening my package, I realized that only one set of handles had been sent. I sent an email Thursday evening, and Friday morning had a response letting me know that another set of handles was in the mail. They arrived today (Sunday)! I am so impressed with this customer service that I am at a loss for words to describe it! I will look forward to purchasing many more molds from this company. Not only is the product of the highest quality, but the customer service (response to issues, speed of shipping orders) is on a higher level than I have ever experienced. Thank you for operating a business in this manner; I had read of your great product and service in online forums and am now a believer that your reputation is well deserved!
