The product description and the pictures did not match. It took a week and 2 emails to get an incomplete response about the issue, and has been a week and a half with two more emails sent for clarification and a Facebook message, and still no response. Well made product, but terrible, terrible customer service.

I cancelled this order because I thought it was the hollowpoint version. Can you get the hollowpoint no lube groove made ? I believe I am set up for notifications but I have not seen any notifications in quite some time.
