Machining quality is top notch, and it makes wonderful bullets. These bullets with the largest hollow point have proven to be the most accurate cast bullets I have ever used. The brass mold takes a little getting used to if you’ve only ever used aluminum or iron molds. Once you figure out your mold and alloy temperature, this mold will make beautiful bullets.

My first experience with brass molds. Takes longer to warm up than my aluminum molds, but the wait is worth it. Casting is much more consistent. I do some hobbiest level machining on the side. These molds are a world beyond my skills. They are beautiful, perfectly machined, tight fitting, well designed, very functional, and most importantly they cast very consistently. I wish i had started with these instead of learning on cheap molds and just being frustrated. These took that frustration away on the very first use. Also shipped fast and were well packaged to prevent damage or loss of parts in shipping. Thanks MP Molds!

I really love the mold, great craftsmanship. It came with the the parts and shipped really fast. I only have one problem after I got it. After casting with it with any alloy the first drive band and band above the lube groove come in under sized. The back half come in right at 358. Ive been trying to get hold of MP to see what we can do about the mold because i really like it. That’s the only reason. Why I give it a 3 and not a 5. If the whole bullet dropped at .358 or bigger like it should it would a 5 110%.
