Just cast using the new 257 JackRabbit mold and like all my MP molds this casts very well with easy bullet drop even from the HP pins! Brass makes casting with the smaller bullets so much easier as the brass retains heat better between casts. Could not be happier!

Once you learn how the mold likes to cast, drops beautiful and consistant bullets. Have not yet had the chance to shoot them but that should come soon. Great purchesing expirance with suprisingly fast shipping coming from over seas. Would recomend Mp molds and will be purchasing more in the future.

I love the molds, but the website is awful to navigate at least from an iPhone. I ordered this mold but the website was weird and never gave me an order number, nothing showed up in my email telling me I had it ordered. I waited around 10 days and still no mold so I figured my order didn’t go through so I placed the order again. About 5 days later I received my mold and thought wow that is really fast just like you hear. Then about a week later I received another of the same mold!!
Again, I really love the molds, but that website is not very user friendly. With shipping and Tariff fees it’s just not worth sending my duplicate mold back.
I’m shooting the Jack Rabbit bullet in a Savage 23B in 25-20 with a very rough and pitted bore. The bullets only have a hardness of 7Bhn, so very soft. They are gas checked and powder coated, and I’m running them at about 1900 for with no leading. I wish my second mold was non gas checked so I could test that. Maybe I will machine the gascheck cut from the mold.
